Bishop DeVeaux was the invited speaker for Rev. Dr. Jamal Bryant of Empowerment Temple-Baltimore, MD to give a message on the eve of the grand jury decision in Ferguson, Missouri. Bishop spoke from II Corinthians 8:1-5 on "
How can we say Thank You." Advising us to be steadfast and immoveable in the work of the Lord.
Dr. Bryant commissioned us in attendance to be peaceful regardless of the grand jury decision and to show our displeasure with the way our people are being treated by boycotting Black Friday and Cyber Monday and by not purchasing anything from Thursday through Tuesday. He also encouraged the congregation to tweet
