Bishop DeVeaux recently preached the 102nd Anniversary Service at Seaton Memorial AME Church in Lanham, MD where Rev. Charles D. Smith is the senior pastor. Bishop preached from the text, Joshua 1:1, "Looking Back but Moving Forward". The word encouraged Seaton Memorial to not forget about the past but continue to move forward. Also encouraged were the new generation, as God was with the ancestors, God will be will with you also because the work must go on.
