Major Project:

• Trained, mentored, developed and supported boys and girls to become productive young men and women on the local, conference and district levels.
• Coordinate the development of the Baltimore Conference slogan, "Our Mission is not to Miss You" as a means of encouraging societies to get their inactive missionaries involved ad recruit new members.
• Coordinated with the YWI's "Campaign of Gratitude and Encouragement" assisting young new members.
